Our passion is to improve the everyday lives of people all over the world in the place where we spend so much time. At our workplace!

That is why we have chosen to help companies and organizations develop their corporate culture to increase job satisfaction, well-being and employee engagement! We develop culture on several levels. For entire organizations, in teams and with the individual leader or HR manager.

As organizational consultants, we have extensive experience in working strategically with culture. For several years, we worked with the world's largest workplace study and several of Sweden's best workplaces.

We are trained in social psychology, change management, leadership and recruitment. We have also held leading positions with both personnel and results responsibility, which means that we have an understanding and knowledge of both business practices and requirements for delivering results and efficiency.

OUR FOUNDER

Teresa has always been passionate about making people feel good. And since work takes up such a large part of our lives, her vision is to help companies take care of their employees so that their work satisfaction and well-being increases.

For many, culture is something that can be considered rather abstract and fluffy, and it is Teresa's mission to make this subject concrete by focusing on the HOW. She does this by sharing concrete examples of processes, working methods and initiatives that she knows have been successful at Sweden's best workplaces, among others.

She has previously worked with the world's largest workplace study and several of Sweden's best workplaces, which means that she possesses both best practice and experience from what creates trust, employee engagement and successful corporate culture.

Teresa is trained in social psychology and change management. Her background also includes various roles in sales with responsibility for results and personnel, which means that she has an understanding and knowledge of both business practices and requirements to deliver results and efficiency. She has worked with large international companies to smaller Swedish companies, which has given her experience and understanding of different organizational cultures.

 She has a solid experience in facilitating workshops and lecturing on the subject of corporate culture, employee engagement and leadership in both Swedish and English. And is a professional member of the National Speakers Association Sweden.
